There’s perhaps no other community in the entire valley that has evolved and grown as much as Gypsum has in recent years. Gypsum is also home to one of the valley’s two public high schools, Eagle Valley High School.   Historic single-family homes surround the immediate town center, while newer construction is available in several developments around Gypsum Creek and the airport.   If value, accessibility and affordability aren’t enough, the fact that Gypsum is home to a Costco helps it score even higher on the convenience scale.
